What Quota Minister Hansen never have learned is top positions within the industry is also a question of evolution, and very far from the milk and cod quotas he and his political friends can decide on.By the way, Norway has the world longest waiting lists of all heath systems in Europe, so my be his job should be taken by a women with a far less bureaucratic hart......
